Join us for an afternoon of CBD and yoga. Highlights BK's own Danielle Olivarez will begin the workshop with CBD Infused teas and a seated meditation making use of the breath. With heightened senses prepare to feel your body and thoughts in a new way! After the meditation, we will move through a relaxing, focused flow connecting the body, mind and breath, letting stress and anxiety melt away.
